I can only tell you SP250 has 1g of creatine per scoop. I cant disclose the amount for SizeOn, but you are getting enough.

One gram of creatine per day is enough?
Don't think so..
You need five days of loading (20grms divided in four sevings) then at least 5grms per day to feel advantage if creatine (strenght, muscle fullnes..).
I'm talking for creatine mono.
I'll try this.
Superpump, creatine mono, plus ALA. with loading and after, superpump pre workout with 5grms of creatine and 200mg of ALA.
I'm on AD so no carbs for me..

SP250 is NOT our creatine product, SizeOn is.

Also, you dont load creatine. That is based on outdated science and it does NOT saturate your cells any faster than 3-5grams.

Dont waste your creatine.

I can't use Size on because of carbs, that's the reason I'm using Superpump (as pre workout energizer plus creatine) and creatine mono with ala.

Yeah, something like that.

Preworkout : Superpump one scoop 100mg ALA plus creatine
Postworkout: 300mg ALA plus creatine, 20min later, whey protein shake with fats.
On non training days first thing in the morning 300 mg ALA plus creatine and between meals same thing later in the day.

Thanks for the answers!

So how much creatine you going to take? More isnt better and just is NOT needed. Also, no need to do pre and post, pick one and no need for creatine on off days. After all, you are not doing anything to deplete creatine stores.

I was thinking about 5grms per day.
This is interesting for me. Do you have some link on research on creatine supplementation. As you said, this is something new for me, and all I know was loading phase and maintaining phase.

Sorry for my english, I'm foregin  Cheesy Wink

The loading phase is based on outdated 90s studies.

Remember, SP250 is 1g of creatine per scoop, you really only need about 3g or so.

I dont have any studies saved, sorry, but check this out:
