ARE YOU SICK OF THE COLD? I AM!

I LOVE MY INTRAPRO, BUT IN THE COLD, I WANT SOMETHING WARM!

HEAT IT UP! I HEATED UP THE CHOCOLATE INTRAPRO AND IT WAS FABULOUS!

IT'S BETTER THAN HOT COCOA!

TRY IT!

I think heating it up will actually take away some of the nutrients though but it sounds good

Even though it's warm here today, I will give this a try with some Myofusion (I don't have any Intrapro right now). It better be good! Wink

That's not entirely true. While heating proteins over a longer duration can denature the proteins, the short time in the microwave won't adversely affect it.

I wouldn't worry about that. Don't you cook your foods before you eat them? Cheesy

At any rate, that sounds tasty! I might have to give it a shot sometime.

Im going to have to find that email from one of the female athletes...killer mousse recipe- something like a scoop of intrapro or myofusion, an egg white, a dash of water, microwave.

One of the Gaspari girls (either Sarah or Melissa) told me about a way to get chocolate covered almonds and use intrapro or myofusion instead of real chocolate. I'm going to try that this afternoon.
