To sum it up, I am a 43 y/o stay at home mom,  I have lost 100 lbs over the past 4 years. Working out (HARD) eating right, I surpassed my goal weight by 10 lbs, but I still cannot get that firmness I thought I would have after all the hard work I've done, It's all around my mid section.
I work out every day, cardio, weight train 6 days a week, I do core work every day.  On my day "off" I still do some sort of cardio.
I was wondering if the Stack for Women program would work for me?  I currently take a multi vitamin, Green tea combo (system6) and Fucoselean (which has help with the belly fat, I lost 3 inches since July 08).   But it's still there.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks,
E.

Something new to your program, be it diet, training or supplementation will always help to spark new results. With proper diet and training (which it sounds like you have) that stack should work nicely.
