Author Topic: Help a n00b learn how to take Cytolean  (Read 730 times)

I have heard ridiculously amazing things about CV2. So, I ordered and got my cycle in the mail yesterday. I took 3, and had incredible energy. But, I worked out at night.

Mostly, I try to wake early and work out in the mornings. My question is, how should this be done, along with food intake? Should I take the CV2 immediately after waking, wait 30, eat an apple or banana for some glucose and then wait to workout? Or, should I workout, then take the CV2, then eat 30 minutes after that? Or can I take the CV2 and workout immediately thereafter?

I'm just worried about taxing my system too much by taking it and then immediately workout out.

I am doing P90X, so the workouts are nice and intense :-), I just want to make sure I getting the best use of the fat burner, and not using in a way that could hurt my system.

Any tips you might have would be very appreciated as well! Thanks.

I take mine 30 after bro. I started off at just three in the morning and energy didnt last all that long for me.

Changed it up two just two at 7 or 8, 30 mins AFTER eating, and two around 1 or 3. ill tell you more later man.

You should take it in the morning, and about 30 minutes before your first meal.

So given your workout schedule, you could wake up, take Cytolean V2, wait 30 minutes, have a small pre-workout meal, wait 30-60 minutes, workout.
