I am a 43yrs old Male. I am currently stuck here in Iraq. I am about to increase my work outs but one thing that has always been a problem is the after workout pain and stiffness. My goal is to decrease BF%, increase endurance, stamina and tone. I do not have the capability to cook for myself. Do you have any suggestions on supplements and a structured diet that is carb free.
Why do you want a carb free diet?

i think he's stuck in iraq due to military obligations...hence cannot cook for himself.
but yeah, i don't understand the 'no carbs' aspect of it either. you're going to need SOME amount of carbs for a healthy diet.
