I'm on my first cycle of Halodrol only six days left then I'm going to do two weeks of Novedex XT. 

I wanted to start taking Cytolean V2, can I start right after I finish the Novedex XT or should a wait for about
six weeks before starting any other suplements?

You would be fine even taking Cyto v2 with the novedex cycle. No need to wait, if you dont want to.

 I only didn't take it with the Halodrol cycle becasue I have a very hard time putting on muscle and was worried
that a fat loss supplement would hinder my results.
