If you have a gold card its not all that bad. And they have sales on Gaspari stuff pretty often, I picked up the mass monster stack for 180 after Christmas. I was in there this weekend and bought a little bottle of Monster Milk and a 2 lb thing of Myofusion since it was buy one get one half off, since the lady that works there is pretty cool she made the $4 monster milk regular price and the $29 myofusion half off so I only spent $21 for both. Thats a pretty sweet freakin deal! I will be checking for the new SizeOn next time I'm there.

GNC is a joke.  Before I knew better, they managed to rip me off also!  I would never pay $79.99 per month for a supplement, my pre-order was $47.99.

And there it is SizeOn Pre-Contest in my cart for ordering. One thing only, on bb.com direction for use "SizeOn Pre-Contest is meant to be taken on training days WHILE you train including aerobic exercise."
So, my training is 4x week with 2x hiit, I need to take it even with hiit?
And honestly, I was hoping pre-contest would be cheaper Smiley

I have strange arms, so I do them twice. Shoulders are important but I've noticed if I do chest and next day shoulders, my lifts are like 20-30% lower than normal on shoulders/
I don't know, it's about genetics a lot, there are guys that do chest like 2-3x per week and they grow, I grow but more slowly. My strong part is legs, went from 330lbs to 780lbs on  45° leg press  in two months, before me knee injure Smiley

Its not about genetic, because you just trained your shoulders and then expect to be at full strength for chest? Shoulders get a huge workout when you train your chest thus why you need to space it out.

I would assume guys who train chest that often are on steroids to help with such a training program, but even then over time progress will stop and overtraining will kick in.

When I sad genetics I meant about slow development of muscles except legs, for me at least. All in my family have strong legs Smiley
