In the bodybuilding.com store(original version)
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gn/size.html

For Starters...
Hey guys, its time to log SizeOn v2 Maximum Performance. I was pretty stoked to be among the first 10 selected to use this. I'm currently bulking which is why I went with Max Performance vs. Pre-Contest. I have used SizeOn before. I ran two tubs once and three tubs the other time, all continuous. By far it was one of my favorite creatine and intra-workout supplements. Wild Berry was my second flavor to Lemon which was great. The best was when you mixed the two Wink.

Diet and Training Protocol
My Diet as of late has been pretty non-existent. I do a fairly good job at all times of eating the right foods and focusing in on protein. I was a little sick and lost a few quick pounds and had no appetite. When I started feeling better it felt like I was starving and I was just putting down everything in site. Last night I did have some ice cream(cold stone ftw!) so I'll wait a couple days for starting weight and measurements.

Training is fairly simple. Push/Pull/Legs. I've done this split twice before and just started it last week. Legs is always done on Sat or Sun and upper body workouts are M-F.

My Observations
Here is what I'll be paying attention to daily per the Gaspari Expectations:

Quote
1. Your appearance before and after training compared to "normal"
2. Stength
3. Endurance
4. Your overall energy levels
5. Any training and exercise in detail

Other Supplements
XF Whey
CryoShock preworkout
Amino Acids at various times

Thanks again Gaspari, you guys rock! Any questions, feel free to ask Smiley

Legs

Leg Press
6 sets
2 PPS - 7 PPS

SLDL
10 x 135
10 x 155
10 x 175
10 x 185
One of my favorite exercises

Front Squats
1 set
Did not like these today

Leg Extension
12 x 100
12 x 120
12 x 140

FST7 Calf Extension on Leg Press
12 x 3 PPS
12 x 3 PPS
12 x 3 PPS
9 x 3 PPS
12 x 2 PPS
12 x 2 PPS
12 x 2 PPS

Cable Crunch on Bosu Ball
3 sets

Hanging Knee Raise
3 sets

Cable Wood Chop
3 sets

Training:
Solid day today. Haven't worked out since Thursday and put in some work. Knees are slightly sore now post workout.

SizeOn Observations:
1. My appearance today was great. Between the extra carbs last night and the SizeOn I was looking thick. On leg day my upper body always looks a little better and today it was showing up great.

2. Strength was on par today. The 7 PPS for Leg Press is my PR but I missed it by a few solid reps. I went pretty deep on a rep and had to rack it. Other then that the SLDL might as well of been a PR. Form was perfect and I'm not sure what my previous PR was.

3. Endurance wise I felt great. Just kept going. Once I hit the FST7 Calves I was done. Legs were pumped to the max so I moved on to some Core work.

4. Energy was great. I had a good night sleep, solid breakfast of eggs and sausage, then tore up the gym. Could of easily kept going if my legs weren't pumped and done.

As I said before, I have used SizeOn in the past. This SizeOn, v2 Wild Berry, is easily the best tasting SizeOn I have had. I used 24 oz of cold water with a few ice cubes thrown in. Throughout my workout I was enjoying sipping on it between sets. There is no way someone can not like this. It is one of the best tasting intra-workout supplements out right now. I'm eager to try the orange Pre-Contest sometime.

Alvisi is great and so is FST7. I don't use it all the time, but on certain body parts it puts on a hurting! Yes I got the new SizeOn v2 and will be reviewing it for about 6 weeks. All updates will be here and bodybuilding.com. Here's the link over there:

Push

Smith Flat Bench
115
145
165
185 drop set 115

Incline DB Press
10 x 60s
8 x 70s
6 x 75s
8 x 65s

Military Press, Standing
65
95
95

Incline DB Flye supersetted with Side Laterals w/ pause
12 x 30s ..... 10 x 15s
10 x 35s ..... 10 x 15s
8 x 35s ..... 8 x 15s

Machine Chest Press
10 x 130
9 x 140
7 x 150

Cable Side Lateral supersetted with Straight Bar Pushdown
10 x 10s ..... 15 x 50
10 x 10s ..... 12 x 65
(45 lb Plate Upright Row) 12 x 45 ..... 10 x 72.5

Training:
Didn't plan on training today but after a slow day at work and me being eager to hit an upper body day with SizeOn v2. Had a great pump going all workout. That's one reason I hit the Machine Chest Press as its half press/half flye. Dig it every once in a while.

SizeOn Observations:
1. I stay pretty covered up in the gym lately so the only thing exposed was my arms from the t-shirt line down. Arms were looking great with a little grainyness to them. Weight was 208 today up from 207.5 yesterday.

2. Could of been a PR on Straight Bar Pushdowns on this machine. They felt real good in that rep range. Pressing was ok, feel like I've lost a little strength with my fluctuating weight lately.

3. Could of easily kept going. I felt great and hit my chest and triceps how I wanted. I didn't want to push my shoulders too hard as its early in the work week and I use them a lot at work.

4. Felt good here as well. I do take a preworkout supplement so its a little hard to gauge.

Taste is fantastic. In 24 oz its one of the best tasting intra-workout drinks I have had. Before with SizeOn v1 I used close to 40 oz of water at times just to dilute the strong flavor. I think this SizeOn v2 will adapt a lot better to those who don't use a ton of water IWO.

Training:
Great session. Upper back was fried. On those shrugs something did not feel right. On the fourth rep I tweaked a nerve in my lower back. At first it was intense, but after relaxing a minute I was ok. I still feel it and its still sore but its manageable and not anything serious. I've been applying a heating pad to it at night.

SizeOn Observations:
1. This as feck. Upper body gets swole on these types of days. Cleaned up my diet good and weighed 206.4. We'll call this my starting point.

2. Strength was sick. Haven't gotten that high on Rack Pulls in 6 weeks. Pulldowns and BB Rows were so controlled and strict it blew me up. DB Curls were great! The 40s had my arms all jacked up. I've been so concerned with form and pace that it felt awesome to hit them this heavy.

3. Felt great until I tweaked my back. I had a great pace going.

4. Same as #3.

One Arm Reverse Pushdown

10 x 25s drop set 12 x 15s

Training:
Light Friday night session. 2nd Push session of the week so it was lighter trying to hit the Shoulders more. On Monday there will be no way I can do a push session so this sets up my next Push workout Tues/Weds. I'll be sanding on a car Monday all day and it will work my Shoulders thoroughly.

SizeOn Observations:
1. Same as before, Upper body looking swole. Wore shorts today and even my calves were sticking out good. Legs this weekend

2. Hey hey finally hit a PR even if its just on a pushdown, woot! Incline pressing looks weak but these were pausing on my chest. The 155 set was killer and I wasn't sure I was gonna get up that last rep.

3/4. Everything was great. After a long week of work getting into the gym quickly(45 minutes) on a Friday night is fun/awesome feeling.

Training:
Hit this workout without too much in my system. I didn't eat anything late last night and only had one meal in me when I hit the gym. Also was not trying to hurt my lower back anymore so went lighter on some exercises but still hit the PR on SLDL.

SizeOn Observations:
1. Quads were feeling full and pumped. The SLDL had me feeling some etches in my hams that felt great.

2. SLDL up 10 pounds in one week, digging it!

3/4. I did feel slightly sluggish today. I'll blame that on my nutrition and get back on the horse with eating.

Training:
Good workout where I did not hurt myself at all like the previous week. Back is still slightly tight in the lower region so I'll stay off of Deads for another rotation.

SizeOn Observations:
1. Looked great coming off my weekend binge. Weighed in at 208.5. Weight fluctuates like no other lately. Though I did eat 3/4 bag of chocolate covered dried cherries the night before Shocked

2. Decent strength while trying to take it easy.

3/4. Tons of energy in the gym. Wanted to do more but laid off as I have a big week of work and moving while resting my lower back.

Training:
Shoulder was bugging the shat out of me. Right front delt is always sore. Moving all push workouts to Sundays now to take advantage of weekend rest times.

SizeOn Observations:
1. Dropped my sloppy weight down to 205.6 while eating good. High protein, low carbs/fat.

2. Good strength today. Felt a lot stronger than I thought. If my right shoulder wasn't bugging me I could of set a bunch of PRs IMO. Still did 5 more pounds on the DB Press than last week while supersetting in with an extra 2 reps per set as well.

3/4. Between sets I was a little down and out. My shoulder was bugging me and it was going through my mind. In sets I was hammering through real good.

Training:
Good day today. I moved yesterday by myself and it took a lot out of me. I had either a Pull or Leg session for today and went with Pull as I did a lot of stairs yesterday. Back was sore from moving and that slight tweak a few weeks ago. Still hit the Rack Pulls to get it some action.

SizeOn Observations:
1. Good looking day. Back was feeling full and traps were poking out of the v-neck I had on. Forearms looked great all workout.

2. I took it easy after the moving day. Didn't push the weights too hard and just concentrated on a good contraction.

3/4. Still a little winded from moving. Took the day off of work to recover and I wanted to get in for a workout. Time to rest now Smiley
