Day 1 -

Ripped the packet, the smell was decent.
Put about 20oz of water in my shaker cup. Shook it up about 20 secs.
Foam up a bit, no biggie. Added a crap load of ice! Took a sip, The flavor is friggin good,
like koolaid lol.

I had ate breakfast and down a protein shake an hour and a half before my workout.
Got my gear, headed out. I didn't take any NO products, hence i wanted to feel the full effects of max performance.

First excerise was barbell press 5x5-8.
Sipped on sizeOn, between sets, i was able to add 10 pounds to each set, carbs are doing thier thang, i feel more energetic. My final set was 225lbs for 5.

next was db raises. 4x6-8.
Sipping through sizeOn makes the workout worth while, carbs are giving me the energy to go heavy heavy heavy! last set was 55lbs.

upright row 4x6-8.
on this i took a glup for my last set, then just attacked the weight. My energy levels are crazy. last set was 135lbs.

last, Lateral raises 4x8-10
As of now im feelin pumped, drank whatever i left of sizeOn. Last set was 50lbs for 8 reps.

then hit the traps, barbell shurgs for 225lbs x 3 x 20 supersit with behind the back shurgs.
again im feeling pumped on my upper body.

Energy levels - 10/10
effectiveness - still early to tell.

workout was fairly quick hence i want to get some food quick to the muscles...

Sunday i hit chest.

Woke up around 10ish, just took in a protein shake and some coffee.
Mixed my size0n. I'm loving the flavor more and more. It's really delighful.

warmed up with pushups, 5 mins in the tread..

Incline bench - 4x6-8; last set 225lbs drop set.
Flat DB press - 4x 6-8; last set 100lbs db.
Incline Hammer Press -ss- dips; last set 70lbs (each side) drop set.
Incline flyes; 2x10, last set 55lbs
Pec dec flye; 2x10 last set 175, drop set.

tri's/Bi's
BB curls ss. Tricep rope push downs 3x6-10, last set 135lbs curls, 95lbs push downs
DB curls ss. Skullcrushers; last set 45lbs curls, 80lbs sc.

final thoughts:
I didnt get to weight myself today totally forgot about it. I will weight myself at the end of the week to get where i stand. SizeOn again delivered. I push some weight and myself. Energy levels was great. My chest was totally pumped, the drop sets really worked. I sipped sizeOn every set. Carbs in the drink must have worked because i was going crazy on the pec dec. Then the curls, i set a record i never did 135lbs for curls, had my brother to forced rep me. I could only get a bout 4 straight reps with good form. I wanted to go ahead and incorpate tri's to and keep the workout short. so i supersetted both. SizeOn is was done with on my last set. My mood overall during the workout was detrimined and focused and pretty good. 

Duration of workout - 1hr 20mins.

Day 3 - Back

Another morning workout.
Just had a protein shake then straight to the gym

back routine - overall back width.
Pullups/chins 50 reps ( do as many sets to get to 50, which took me 3 sets)
Bent over rows 4x6-8; last set was 275lbs
Pulldowns - 4x8-10, last set 205
Cable row - 4x8-10, last set 225
close grip pulldowns 3x8-10; last set 190
One arm row 3x6-8; last set 125lb db
rope pull down 7x15 fst-7. Grin

Thoughts -
I really had a max performance workout. It was really productive.
Energy was great. I felt a good pump after the pulldowns. lats where feeling good.
I think my gym needs heavier dumbells! Tongue i was able to get 125lbs for 6 reps each.
on my last workout which was fst-7 rope pulldowns, i feel i got wings, sippin the size0n helped, i knew drinking it between rest would be a great source of nutrients to give the muscles. again im loving this flavor =D

Day 4 - quads and shoulders

since im busy this weekend i try to squeez some body parts together.

on with it:
Workout was in the morning again. it was my day off.

5 minute warm up on bikee
Leg extenstion warm up

Legs -
Squats A** to the grass y0; 5x5-8; last set 325lbs
Hack squats 4x6-8; last set 6 plates total
Leg extension 4x8-10; last set 205
lunges at the basketball court, 4 laps goal to goal.

Shoulders -
Barbell press 3x10; last set 175
front raises 3x6-8; last set 65lbs
upright row wide grip 3x6-8; last set 135lbs

traps-
shrugs - 4x15-20; last set 225lbs

thoughts:
max performance delivered for real, i wasnt feeling to good, but i hit the iron anyway,
the energy from the carbs kicked in when i was almost done with the leg workout.
Quads were burning after the lunges, i wanted to cry to my mother lol.
had a quick shoulder routine. i was in need of food! as for the weight i have gained some strength especially on squats! Grin

Day 5- chest

This day I achieved my resolution, it was to hit 315lbs raw..to me its an accomplishment.
im at 180lbs currently. My diet this day consisted of alot of carbs, i felt so boated at times, i dont know why, but today i tried the pre contest sizeOn. Flavor tang orange.
It was pretty easy to mix! I love the flavor!

Routine:
Flat bench 5x5-1 (2 warmup set); last set 315lbs one rep
Incline bench 4x6-8; last set 245lbs
Incline hammer press 3x8-10; last set drop set of 2
Incline flye 2x8-10
Flat flye 2x8-10
Pec dec 2x8-10; last set drop set
push ups to failure.


thoughts-
I'm so proud that i achieved what i been wanting to get. Now i know that anything is possible. all the dieting, heavy lifting paid off on this day...size on pre contest gave me the extra edge today. carbs from the day gave me the energy to do the heavy lifting.
Chest was so pumped at the end. By the way the bench press is my weakest workout, so ive been training with bench to get it up to par with my squat and deadlifts...

DAy 6 - back

It's friday november 13, 2009, and im drained from work...
My diet kinda sucked, i didnt eat my eggs in the morning, so i down 50gs of whey instead,
i was already late for work!  Grin

Routine:
Deadlifts 4x6-10; last set 375lbsx6
Bent over rows 4x4-8; last set 275lbs for 4...
Lat pulldown netrual grip 4x8-10; last set 205lbs
Incline Close grip pulldown 4x10-12
One arm row 3x8-10
Erik Frankhouser cable pullovers 4x10

Final thoughts: Today i try to hit every part of my back, i really wanted to focus on some thickness. sizeOn was giving my the hydration and energy especially for those deadlifts and bent rows.
chest was sore from the day before, at the end of the day, felt a pump on the upper body..feels great i tell yah.

Day 7 - Arms

Biceps:
Barbell curls 4x8-10; last set 120lbs
Alerternating curls 4x6-8; last set 45lbs
preacher curls curls 3x8-10; last set drop sets
Rope hammer curls 3x8-10
concentration curls 3x8-10

Triceps:
Tricep pushdowns 4x8-12
DB overhead extension 4x8-10; last set 125lbs
Close grip bench press smith machine 3x6-10; last set 225lbs
one arm cable reverse push downs 3x8-10

final thoughts:
the gym was dead which is a good thing, i never did 125lbs over db extensions! crazy i tell you. this week has been about setting records...so after a week of sizeOn its been great!
arms were fully pumped at the end of the workout. I havent worked arms by themselves, well its been a while since i work my arms on its own, i usually paired arms with another body part, chest or back, but i might start incorperating arm day once a week, it really felt good.  Grin

Day 8
Ok as i stated was off a week.
Im back primed and ready.

Arms/abs/calves Tongue

Bicep ladders -until failure
Incline bicep curls 4x6-8; last set 40lbs
Preacher Hammer machine curls 3x as many as i can; last set drop sets
Hammer DB curls 3x8-10; last let 70lbs dbs.
Tris:
warm up with tricep pushdowns with bands.
Tricep pushdowns with bar 4x15-10; last set the whole stack!
Dumbell overhead ext. 4x6-10; last set 125lbs db.
close grip BP 3x6-8; last set 205lbs.

Abs,
cable crunches 4x20
leg raises 3x12

calves-
Standing calf raises 3x12
Seated calf raises 2x15
calf raises with body weight to failure on stair step. Cry


final thoughts,
Im back at night training, hence school and work take my day time.
Got my meals in. So i had enough nutrients going into the workout. Sipped through sizeOn thoughout the workout. Since i took off time from the gym and came back im getting compliemnts on how "bigger" i got, well i dont think im that big, but im glad people are noticing me.  Wink

Final thoughts:
Sure it seems like i didnt do that much, my man my legs are hurting, every excercise i did ROM, I focused on working the muscle. Squats took alot out of me Cry. I notice i need to bring my legs up to par with the upper body, i will hit legs again this week. When i was doing seated leg curls my shaker cup broke spillin my sizeOn, i drank what was left! i was so disappointed! Angry

Front Shrugs -ss- behind the back shrugs 3x15; last set 315.

thoughts:
I had a bunch of carbs this day, sizeOn gave me the extra egde to pound some weight! I was feeling super uber pumped at the end. Shoulders are getting wider it seems in the mirror. Oh i weight 183lbs woot! Grin


Day 11
Back -
warmups with pullups, chins.
Barbell row 4x8-6; last set 275lbs.
Hammer machine lat pulls 4x10-8; last set 3 plates each.
close grip pulldowns 4x10-8; last set 205.
Cable rows 3x10-8; last set 225.
One arm row 3x8-6; last set 125lbs
rack deads 3x5; last set 495lbs!!!! (wow) Lips Sealed

Thoughts: i feel unstopable...somereason i was training like an animal, feel like i was going to war. I was expecting to do rack deads, but i thought what the heck do it anyway..i have never done this before...theres nothing satisfying than pulling that heavy weight.
diet was onpoint today. sizeOn was my buddy today.



Day 12
chest  Angry
Flat Bench: 3 warmup sets 135 with bands x20 reps. then 3x8-6; last set 275lbs
Incline DB press: 4x8-6; last set 105lbs
incline smith machine; 3x8-6, last set drop set.
Incline flyes 2x10-12
Flat flyes 2x10-12
Cable crossovers 4x15, 30 seconds rest, pump set.

thoughts:
Gym was empty, that i was grateful. I see some size on my chest, from the heavy benching ive been doing for the past couple of weeks. at the end i had a great pump, i can see some vascularity in my chest...awesome y0! sizeon replenished my thirst thoughtout the work out! had myofusion after the workout.

single leg curl fst-7 7x15.
Calves:
Standing calf raises 3x12
single leg seated calf raises 3x10

thoughts:
simple leg workout...sizeon delivered on the hydration...


Day 14

thoughts: pump as a muther....im feeling great, nothing like lifting iron! trying to bring up my chest more, im starting to love incline press more and more...

i thought i work arms, i felt i could go on. thought i get a lil pump in my arms before i left the gym. size0n is addictive y0' lasted throughout the workout.


Day 15

simple back workout, Trying to get a bit more thickness therefore went pretty heavy on rows. Weight myself today, and im shocked im at 186lbs...i mean wow...my diet today wasnt all great today, not that many carbs taken in, but sizeOn made up for it!

side laterals 4x8-10; last set 45lbs.
beind the neck lat pulldown 2x10
bent over db raises 2x10

thoughts: shoulders are fuller, rounder, and stacked! overall good workout. i covered all areas of the shoulders. i laid off the traps today...


day 20: legs
Warmup bike 10 mins
Leg press 5x15-6; last set 8 plates
Front squats 4x8-10; last set 225lbs
Hack squats 3x8-10; last set 3 plates
extensions 4x8-10; last set 120lbs (im burnt)
Single leg curls 3x10-12

Leg press toe raises 3x10-12

thoughts: good workout! my legs i think are good overall shape. just gotta shave the hairs and get prepared to lose some fat so i can see cuts! size0n quenched my thirst. lasted throughtout the workout. my leg days take longer.
