I am using Myofusion on waking prior to hi carb breakfast Superpump 250 and Size On pre and in workout, Real Mass immediately after my workout and Intra Pro 2 hours prior to my bedtime meal. Or as a replacement for my bedtime meal if I am, away from home and eating that late is inconvenient
I note there is some Glutamine in Intra Pro do I need to additionally supplement with Glutamine.
Any advice about Glutamine supplementation in addition to above regime welcome.

Studies have not shown any tangible value to oral Glutamine supplementation. However so many experienced athletes swear by it. It seems to be a conundrum.
Personally, I use a BCAA + glutamine product like Scivation's Xtend as the BCAAs are scientifically proven and the glutamine won't hurt and if it helps, then more power to me.
