Hi

I am a male aged 52  weight 187lbs, rise at 4.30am train at 6am- 1 hour cardio 1 hour weights- please could someone give ma an idea on how to stack the above products.

1 cap NovXT before bed
1 pack of PJ before bed every other day IF you have workout the next morning
SP250 - pre workout
SizeOn - intra workout, while you lift, not cardio.

note: you might not think that's enough novedex xt and might be tempted to take more...but for your weight...that IS correct. everything else is dead on as well. trust the zach and you'll do fine.

can you  tell how mw how to fit the mitotropin in as well please

Did you get sample packs of Mito or a full box? I would not bother with mitotropin until you are done with the sp250 as taking 2 stims like that would be asking for trouble.

he's totally right. i took superpump and mitotropin at the same time and ended up being pissed off (almost) 24/7...it really sucked.
