Apologies if this was asked before (I couldn't find it)...

BUT...can taking Size-on (or any creatine product) routinely cause my creatinine level on my regular bloodwork to be elevated?

I'm not talking abnormally elevated...but definitely MUCH higher than it was before, and have been taking Size-on for quite.

Creatine that is not used by the body is excreted in your urine as creatinine. So yes, creatine supplementation can cause higher creatinine levels. As long as they are still within healthy ranges though, you should be ok. If they are abnormally high, lower your creatine daily dose, as you're obviously ingesting more than your body needs.

Also, review your blood work with your doctor to ensure that there are no other health conditions are to blame.
