I train
Monday tuesday thursday friday saturday
off wednesday and sunday

i was thinking of taking PJ monday tuesday then thursday and saturday then repeat since every other day would fall on my off days any other way

how would this work ,  the box says it can b taken 4-5 days in a row for coumpound effects but then i read where some people say not 2 days in a row ...

take it on monday, thursday and saturday.

Either way would work.
