Hi I have just bought my first tub of sizeon and it says to take one scoop on workout days and one on non workout days is this neccesary or can i just take on workout days? My other question is if you do should take it on non workout days as well then should you take it for the 30 days to see full benefits and kind of saturate your body and after the 30 days just take it on workout days?

You can just take intra workout only.

yeah...take it during your workouts only. you're not really going to benefit from it at all on off days.

besides, you'll save some cash that way in the long run.

Hey thanks for the quick reply. That is what i was thinking taking it everyday would be pretty expensive. Do you know why they suggest to take it everyday? Would you suggest to take some standard creatine on non workout days or just leave it?

from what i've gathered on this forum, an oudated study showed that creatine was best when you used it every day. now we know (in 2010) that's not really true.

use it when yer training only.

Ppl take it everyday for the volumizing effects. I dont do such, despite getting it for free. Just take it intra workout and dont worry about creatine on off days.
