Don't feel bad, reality sometimes can be cruel

My idea of goals are things that you can never quite reach, but almost do. That way you are always going forward full steam.
In reality, my cut cycle started 1/1/2010, so it roughly figues to be 33.3 lbs per month, which is 8 lbs per week. Yes that is a lot of weight, but usally the last month of the cut cycle your body is most efficent and drops alot of weight. I most likly will not hit 205 until May or June, but if I can hit it sooner that would be great.
As of today, I am 178 LBS. So January I dropped 27 LBS (6.8 LBS per/wk). I know that can be alot but I have increased my protein to about 440 grams a day and have added in HMB. HMB is a huge help to fight muscle breakdown during a cut cycle.
I did start on cytolean on 1/1/2010, that is going good. You do feel a slight crash, I take it at 7am and around 5pm I drop, but I think it works great so far.
