Hi,
  I normally have a problem putting on more weight. I currently use Real Mass in the morning (3 scoops, 1 banana, 1 cup of egg whites and milk mixed together). Is it OK to have this 2x a day?

Yes, if you are keeping track of your protein/fat/carbs for the day
