Normally after I have a kid- three total- I bounce right back into the shape and hitting the gym is no big deal.  This time around I just can't seem to get it together.  My doc said I could still stand to lost 10 or 20lbs,(i'm 5'6" 150) so I gotta get back down to at least 130lbs so she can stop telling me I'm on the verge of being overweight.   Undecided  Anyway, the baby is two years old, and I still can't find the motivation to hit the weights like I used to.  Not enough sleep and stuff mostly.  Beginner workouts seem so easy, but I'm not gonna jump right in and try to start lifting heavy.

Would it be premature to jump right back in to taking supplements.  I see the women's stack, and it just seemed like a good idea to try it. I'm going to take protein anyway, and the cytolean might help me get rid of some of this excess BF.  But the real kicker to me was that the Superpump 250 might give me the umph that I don't feel anymore.  I'm thinking that the superpump will 'wake me up'.  I HAVE NO ENERGY  Embarrassed  Anyways, on the way to the gym for day 4 of my zero week workout I'm probably going to stop at Vitamin Shoppe and get the stack anyway...I guess I just need an outside opinion, and not from that kid in the Shoppe who thinks women should be afraid of the sports supplements...Thanks in advance

Ms. Lady P,

Well, first off...congrats on wanting to make a change in your life! We all get in these ruts and don't know how to get back on track. Yes, I suggest taking supplements to help aid in your kickstart. The women's stack is for you! This is what you need to do...

Take CytoLean in the morning right when you wake up with a large glass of water. Wait 30 minutes then eat breakfast. Cytolean helps give you energy to start your busy day. We all know that life is busy especially with kids. Cytolean will help you eat less and fight constant cravings. This is a must when trying to eat healthier! You only need to take it once in the morning, that's it! Start with one pill to introduce it to your system. YOu can work your way up to three. You need to change your nutrition too. You may be eating the wrong food that make you tired. Are you eating a lot of packaged, boxed, bagged, or resturant foods? They have many chemicals that make your body tired. Give that stuff up! Start fresh! Go to the grocery store and get fruits, veggies, eggs, nuts, seed, lean meats, and whole grains! These foods will give you the energy you need! It will help detox your body and give you the proper vitamins and minerals your body needs!Ok, moving on...

SuperPump...take it 30-45 minutes before you work out. THIS will take your workouts to a whole new level. This is actually me favorite Gaspari supplement! It will give you energy so that you can lift that extra rep! I consider this product a must when working out! Oh, and about your  workouts, you can lift heavy! If beginner workouts are easy, step it up! When lifting heavy, make sure you use proper form. Do a warm up set of 20 reps of that exercise, so that you properly warm up that muscle group. Lift as heavy as your body will allow you to in correct form. The do your heavy 8-12 reps.

Make sure you use IntaPro Whey protein powder to help aid in muscle recovery. When you lift, it makes micro tears in the muscle, Gaspari's protein powder is fast acting to help heal and repair the muscle tears. There is a 20 minute window after you work out where you need to drink the shake for proper repair. Double chocolate is my fav!

Ok, now that we got that out of the way...let's talk about motivation!
Girl, take a picture of your self in a bikini and criticize the heck out of! Be real with yourself! If you don't like your butt, fix it! I train many clients that don't like things about themselves. The only way to do it, is take control. YOU can do this! Get a calendar and set up a timeline. You need goals and a timeline. You won't get there with out it! I still do this myself. I wouldn't be where I am today without it! Girl, put that picture on your fridge or your bathroom mirror for a reminder that you want to change! Take a picture once a month to check progress. A great place to do this and have other people cheer you on is www.Bodyspace.com. Make time for yourself! When you take control of your body, you are in control of your life! Take the right supplements, eat the right foods, and step up those workouts! You are going to have the body that you want! I know it!

Check back with me for motivation! I will be here for you to cheer you on! I want you to succeed!

Thank you for your question!
Yours in Health,
